Toy Breed puppy's weight to ounces 16 oz. equals 1 pound
NOTE: An example; 10 week old puppy current weighs 2 lbs. 2oz.
conversion 16 X 2 + 2 = 34 oz.
Next find puppy's current age to the left then follow along until you find 34.
Next follow to the bottom of that column estimated adult weight is 5.5 lbs.
When in doubt use 3 x weight at 8 - 9 weeks or 2 x weight at 12 - 13 weeks.

For a GIRL:
8 weeks weight take times 3.6 - 4.2 = Adult Weight
Example: if baby girl weighs 2 # at 8 weeks of age, she should be around: 7.2 - 8.4# fully grown.
Most generally your baby girl will have her full adult size by the age of 7 - 9 months of age when she comes into her first heat cycle
For a BOY:
8 weeks weight take times 4. 0 - 4.8 = Adult Weight
Example: if baby boy weighs 2# at 8 weeks of age, he should be around: 8 - 9.6# fully grown
Most generally your baby boy will have his full adult size by the age of 9 - 12 months of age.
